Long, balmy evenings of unbroken sunshine around the longest day of the year are rewarded with the longest time trial in our racing calendar: the 30 mile event held on the K4/30 course just outside Banbury which takes in the rolling Cotswold hills as part of a clockwise loop.
As it’s such a long ride, the first rider will be off at 6.30pm under the watchful gaze of Keri who is also doing the sign-on which starts at 5.30pm at the start line on the B4035 Broughton Road outside of Banbury close to the junction with the Tadmarton Road from Bloxham.
Pre-registration will be open on the club’s Facebook group from Monday onwards. If you are driving, please note there is no parking available around the start line, we recommend either riding from Banbury or parking in Bloxham and then riding to the start.
BSCC and TC members = £3
Non-members = £5
This is a main road event so the use of a rear light is strongly advisable to warn other road users of your presence.
Timekeeper: Keri Williams
Pusher: Oli Wright
Marshals: Suzy Patience, Aiden Daniels, Team Cherwell
