With any luck the arrival of Storm Doris will not restrict this weekend’s planned club rides.
On Saturday, ride leaders Andy and Rob take the 10am easy cafe ride out on a 30 mile tour of the top of the escarpment before a stop at the National Herb Centre for refreshments. Meet at Broadribb Cycles.
Sunday will have two rides which both meet at the Dog and Gun, the 0830 goes on a northern loop to Napton on the Hill and Southam, which will have the legs nicely warmed up to ascend Sunrising Hill on the return leg. Bill and John will be leading the 10am Intermediate ride, heading in the opposite direction down to Lower Heyford and the delights of Kizzies for a 33 mile ride at 15-16mph.
