The evenings of long, warm sunshine are now upon us after the long cold of April. Which means you’ll need to pack your thermals and waterproofs for this week’s TT which sees us leaving the fair town of Banbury for the new-ish pastures of the K4/10C course, first tried in 2016 and which proved to be both successful and fast.
We meet at Heath Farm industrial units from 6pm onwards with the blessings of the owner to park cars outside Teknos and the first rider will be off at 7.01pm. Keri Williams will be performing his usual magic with the watches and also collecting entry fees; remember it’s no money, no honey. Blaine Carpenter will be demonstrating his pushing prowess with Rob Christopher and Team Cherwell marshalling.
This is a main road event so the use of a rear light is advisable to warn other road users of your presence. No roadworks along the course are predicted this week.
