It’s a special weekend in the history of Banbury Star as we are holding our first retro ride in conjunction with Golden Age Cycles with the emphasis on bikes/fashion from the 90s and earlier.
Garmin have screwed-up the embedded maps, you can still click on the link to see the map full screen.
Saturday 9am: The gentle cafe ride goes out to Clifton for coffee and cake with Rob and Andy leading this 12-14mph ride.
Sunday 9am: A 53 mile route is on offer for those who want an 18mph+ ride which this week goes up to Leamington. There’s no leader yet assigned but the ride will go ahead.
Sunday 10am: Meeting at Golden Age Cycles on North Bar, the combined Retro and Intermediate Ride goes out to Epwell and the joys of the Chandlers Arms. The shop is open from 9am for free coffee.
