This weekend we have three rides planned, as we are running our annual road race this Sunday. There will be the usual Saturday rides plus a Bank Holiday bonus on Monday.
Saturday 10am Gentle Cafe Ride: The 12-14mph average speed Gentle Cafe Ride is going out to Edge Hill and features a coffee stop at The Castle Inn as part of a 27.9 mile loop.
Saturday 10am Intermediate Ride: The same coffee stop at The Castle Inn, but a faster average of 15-16mph over a longer route of 33.1 miles.
There are no Sunday rides on the 27th May as the club is holding it’s annual road race
Bank holiday Monday Intermediate Cafe Ride: This weekend we also have a bank holiday Monday ride planned going to Turweston with a coffee stop at Turweston Flight Deck Cafe. Expect 16mph average speed over the 40.1 mile ride.
