This is the final Wednesday evening TT of the 2020 season and one we usually open and close with: the five mile “come and try it” event out at Gaydon on the K4/5 course. There is the hill climb TT to come but that’s another story…..

He came, he tried it, we laughed…..
Race Registration
Only riders who have registered will be able to race, for this season we cannot accept on-the-evening entries. The link to register is at the bottom of this page. Registration closes at 5pm on the Tuesday and we will be sending out an email later that evening to let entrants know if they have been successful (in case of over subscription) and also their start number. This is a popular course and we are likely to fill all 60 starting places very quickly so early registration is strongly recommended.
Race HQ
Race number collection starts from 4.30pm in the layby on the B4100 just before Gaydon and closes at 5.40pm with the first rider off at 6.01pm. Please note there are no toilets available here. It is mandatory for all riders and officials to maintain a 2m social distancing gap from everyone else at all times. Please remember that whilst you can park here we cannot gather in groups.
Don’t forget that for 2020 a working rear light is mandatory, no light = no start and this rule will be strictly enforced. We also strongly recommend a front light is used by all riders as some of the course is covered with trees and we are losing evening light.
Additional Parking
If you park in Gaydon village please do so responsibly and with respect for the residents.

Race Route
After a standing start (which is relatively flat so clipping in shouldn’t pose a problem), the course takes riders up a small ramp to the first roundabout where a left turn is made heading for Kineton. The road is now predominantly flat but the gentle bends make it difficult to spot your minuteman. On arriving at Kineton, a u-turn is made at the first roundabout and it’s mad dash back to Gaydon with the finish line located just at the top of a small, lung-busting, leg-burning rise.
