Weekend Rides 24/25 October

This weekend is a special weekend. We have the normal 2 Saturday rides, but Sunday is the Reliability Ride with all other Sunday rides cancelled. There are different registration links for each ride this weekend so please ensure you use the right one. Also, the Reliability Ride sets off from Woodgreen rather than Peoples Park.

Saturday Rides

Please remember you need to register at least 24 hours before the Saturday ride. Registration can be done here; Pre Registration Link

As we will meet in Peoples’ Park, please ensure you do not cycle in the park and be respectful of other users of the park.

Please locate your nominated Ride Leader and do not congregate with riders outside your allocated group.

You must not take part in any club ride if you feel unwell, have any Covid-19 symptoms or suspect that you may have been exposed to someone who has, or if you live or work with someone who has started self-isolating in the last 14 days. This is the primary means of not infecting other riders or volunteers and must be adhered to.

Saturday 10am Gentle Cafe Ride: The 12-14mph average speed Gentle Cafe Ride is going out to HookNorton and features a coffee stop at The Pear Tree.

Saturday 10am Intermediate Ride: The same cafe stop at The Pear Tree, but a faster average of 15-16mph and a slightly longer route.

All rides meet at Peoples’ Park 15 minutes before the departure time. It’s important you pick a ride that’s commensurate with your ability levels.

Sunday

Sunday 9am Reliability Ride: The Reliability Ride sets off from Woodgreen rather than Peoples’ Park.

Registration is required and can be done here; Pre Registration Link
