Josh Newbould continued his flying start to the TT season, finishing on the top step of the podium at Chippenham and District Wheelers 10 on Sunday morning.
A cold but dry morning on the U41 course, which runs very close to the Cotswold Water Park, it starts by heading south to the junction of Spine Road West and Spine Road East and turning left towards Cotswold Water Park, then towards Latton and onwards along Cirencester Road before circling back past Cotswold Water Park and finishing near Clayhill Car Park..
30 year old Josh, set a time of 21.27 for first place, finishing ahead of of Cheltenham & County Cycling Club’s Tom Biggs in 21-31 and Niel Dunnage of PDQ Cycle Coaching finish third with a time of 22.52.
Josh is setting high standards, having finishing in the top 3 of all of the TT, entered so far this season. We look forward to seeing how his season progresses. Well done Josh.
