It was back to the K4/20 course for the TT this week. A very warm evening with the temperature around 28 degrees and no wind for the 19 starters. A couple of guest riders this week, great to see them, John Stather (Kenilworth Wheelers) and Alex Hodgkinson (Ilkeston CC) rode strongly and are welcome back any time. The clubs juniors showed great form again Sam Martin’s excellent ride of 30:52 put him 7th in a field of far more experience and Peggy Simpkins was the fastest junior girl 33:02. Overall though the TT was dominated by the Drag 2 Zero riders Matt Smith (25:33), Jon Simpkins (27:05) and Simon Smart (27:46). Fastest Star was Josh Lovell in 28:17and fastest club lady was Fay Barrington with a time of 31:54. Full results can be found on the web page
