Groups: 4-8 riders (8 riders max)
The Zone 2 training ride is open to all riders who want to improve their endurance fitness and build up some base miles to facilitate aerobic development. The spring ride will be around 60-70 miles every Sunday, with no cafe stop. Please arrive 10/15 minutes before the start time. If there a more than 8 riders, the group will split into smaller groups.
